Data is privately shared with GLOCAL EDUCATE LIMITED to facilitate parental communication, provide access to resources, and share educational opportunities offered by Mr. Charlie Bot, as well as our approved sub-processors to facilitate payments, features and security within the app. All data shared complies with applicable data protection laws and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

7.2 Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
